A Kingdom United.
The Jewish mindset and judgment said that Christ cast out demons by the prince of demons and therefore negated the good that the Son of God performed for the man who could not speak nor hear. Imagine creatures judging their God and finding Him evil. We have an entire culture rejecting their contingency and seeking to destroy the necessity of God. It is time to rethink our position and to come to some spiritual common sense conclusions.
First, we must affirm the reality of creation over evolution. There is not one solid speck of evidence that evolution is a fact of science and instead it comes up every time there is a phony Cro-Magnon Man. The reality is that every detail of everything in this world speak of a divine master mind. This incredible Architect of existence detailed every aspect of life down to the mixture of the mineral world and He created man in His own image and likeness (Gen.) One who creates in this manner does not put up with chaos or division. His kingdom like His creation is united from top to bottom.
Secondly, on the level of the intellect He knows our every thought and proves it to the Jew who would not come out in the open with his judgment of Christ. Instead, Christ answers the objection and in doing so proves the divinity that is present. The Second Person of the Blessed Trinity knows His creatures inside and out. For this simple reason we must focus our minds upon the glory of God and the salvation of souls. All else is of the evil one. Reasoning has left the field of education and emotion now runs the gamut of individuals’ lives. What one feels becomes what one believes. Catholics don’t operate by feelings instead they operate from a conscience which is informed. If there is doubt then the Catholic must clarify it prior to acting.
Now the spiritual level of the whole event comes within our grasp. If our Lord casts out demons it is because the finger of God is working through Him. Christ is the hand of the Holy Trinity and the Holy Ghost is the finger of God that touches and heals. In the sacraments of the holy church we have the power of a good confession to cast out the demons that afflict the soul. Our preparation for this wondrous sacrament requires total humility and honesty. In this soil the spiritual life increases. Christ must increase and His strength conquers the weak and impotent demon. In the humble soul there is a unity with the kingdom of God.
Unfortunately, the Jewish pride that condemns the good and calls it evil is well situated in our diabolically disorientated world. Yes, they have the funds; they have the organization of masons; they have the power of communism; they have the material order sewed up; but they have no spirit, no unity with the source of all authority and so they will fold. Unfortunately, the poor Jewish nation on rejecting the Son of God has condemned themselves to the complete diabolical possession. They hate the Christ; they want all trace of the sacred to be erased for the very face of the earth. They will fail simply because goodness diffuses itself while evil dissipates. Every holy confession, every Holy Communion, every sacrament received in a worthy manner crushes the evil one and his minions. Let us heed the word of God and know that our Savior reigns. Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary may we give birth to the Word within our hearts.
In the hearts of Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
Fr. Richard Voigt, S.D.B.
